This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its central location in the heart of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they make an effort to communicate in English. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely patio to relax on. The breakfast served here is delicious, with a variety of options including made-to-order eggs.
One minor improvement could be made in terms of the breakfast selection.

We appreciated the complimentary cappuccinos and the peaceful pool area that was great for a quick swim. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, as we were within walking distance of prime attractions and massage parlours.
The room needed some updating, as the towels were a bit rough and the bathroom had a strange smell. the staff at breakfast provided inconsistent information about the pricing, and there was confusion over credit card fees.

I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session and I was pleased with the facilities and services provided. The hotel caters to both business travelers and tourists. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Chiang Mai.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printers and meeting rooms.
